SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We use Royal Mail for all of our shipments. For the UK, we have standard delivery (free on all UK orders worth £35 or more), and express delivery service options. 

All Europe and rest of the world deliveries have a standard and express shipment option. Express shipment option is trackable and would need to be signed for upon delivery. You will receive your tracking number via your provided email or telephone number once shipment is confirmed.

  • Express UK delivery is available Monday to Friday, and is free for all UK orders worth £35 or more.
  • Order before 2pm GMT Monday to Friday and your order will be processed the same day.
  • A signature is required for all express deliveries. If you authorise the courier to leave your parcel without a signature, and you cannot locate it, Southgainz can't be held responsible for any loss or damage of the parcel.
  • We are unable to deliver on public holidays. 
  • We do not count public holidays as delivery days.
  • Saturdays and Sundays aren't counted as working days. 
  • Note: delivery times may take longer around Bank Holidays & Public Holidays (Christmas, New Year, etc).

  • Items worth £60 or more on standard Europe delivery service are entitled to free delivery.

I WONT BE HOME FOR MY REDELIVERY

In the event you are not available when your item(s) delivery is due, your courier may leave your item(s) in a safe place which will be disclosed on the delivery note posted through your door, or your item(s) might be left in a specified location pre-advised by you in the “Order Note” text area section on your “CART” on our website page.

If however, there is no suitable place to leave your item(s), the courier will leave a card instructing you on how to rearrange the delivery for your parcel.

  • If your item(s) hasn’t arrived and there was no card posted through the door with instructions on it and you are however convinced that your package should have arrived, please contact the courier with your tracking number to rearrange a delivery.

DO YOU SHIP TO BFPO ADDRESS? 

We are able to ship to military addresses on a standard service only. Unfortunately, an express service is not available for BFPO addresses.

THIERE IS NO TRACKABLE OR EXPRESS DELIVERY METHOD FOR MY COUNTRY, WHAT ARE MY ALTERNATIVES?

In the event that a trackable method of delivery is not applicable to your country of residence, a standard delivery option is provided.

WHY CAN'T I TRACK MY ITEM(S)?

According to Royal Mail, the availability of their Tracking and Signature services depends on where your item is going. Where applicable, you’ll be able to track your item via Royal Mail Track your item service. HOW LONG WILL MY STANDARD INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TAKE?

  • Standard deliveries to Europe arrives within 5-7 working days, and tracked service takes 3-5 working days
  • Standard deliveries to the rest of the world arrives within 7-10 working days, and tracked service takes 5-7 working days.
  • All orders are shipped Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays and public holidays. We aim to despatch all orders on the same day, when the order is placed before 2pm, London GMT.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY TRACKING NUMBER. WHAT'S MY NEXT ACTION TO TAKE?

If you have used a tracked service, you will receive your tracking information into your provided email or phone number once shipping is confirmed. If you haven’t received your tracking link after 48 hours, please get in touch with your order details so we can look into it. If you've received your tracking number but the tracking hasn't updated, please allow up to 48 hours before getting in touch. 

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Once you have placed your order through our website, for your own security we are in most cases unable to change the address. However, you can still contact us via support@southgainz.com before your item(s) is dispatched to update your new delivery address. If there is a failed delivery, the courier will leave a calling card so you can rearrange delivery directly with them.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

At our warehouse, some orders are picked and despatched immediately. We cannot take further payment from you once your order has been placed, therefore you cannot add items onto your order, please place a new one.
Contact us (click here) as soon as possible if you have entered the wrong shipping address on your order and we will do our best to accommodate you, however this cannot be guaranteed if your order is picked and packed or dispatched.
